Bio
Patrick R. Ayoub is the creative director for SRG Global Inc., a leading provider of advanced high value coatings on plastics for the automotive, commercial trucking and household appliance industries. Ayoub is responsible for the creative process in addressing and anticipating design trends and product needs related to decorative trim, such as grilles, emblems and nameplates. The creative process will serve the automotive and industrial design communities to imagine and create new options for products utilizing advanced molding, coating and plating technologies developed by SRG Global.
Ayoub brings a diverse skill set to SRG Global, having spent a majority of his career in the automotive and industrial design industries.
In addition to his automotive design work at such global automakers as Volkswagen AG, Chrysler, SEAT (Spain) and BMW, Ayoub has provided his expertise in product design in the health care and furniture industries. One of his endeavors included ownership of a luxury watch manufacturing firm, for which he led design and honed his skills in marketing and marketing communications.
While part of the automotive industry, Ayoub gained extensive managerial experience as he established and oversaw design departments for several major European automakers, VW Advanced design Dusseldorf Germany and SEAT Advanced Design, Barcelona Spain. Ayoub is a graduate of Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, Cal., and studied Human Factors and Ergonomics at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Mich.
