Daniel is originally from Chicago, IL, where he grew up with a love of classic cars, drawing, and the sciences. His first car was a 1968 Mustang fastback that he restored in high school, despite initial protests from his parents. He graduated in 1999 with a BFA in Industrial Design.
Daniel joined the team at GM Design after college and has since spent nearly 17 years executing the exteriors of a variety of General Motors’ products. His major accomplishments include leading the design of the 2006 Saturn Outlook, the 2009 Chevrolet Traverse, 2015 GMC Sierra HD and 2015 GMC Canyon. Daniel’s hobbies include illustration, hunting, fishing and watersports.
